Everyone has a different way they navigate the concourse of life.
Everybody’s outlooks are different, and the ways they express themselves are as unique as they are. At Sprout Health New Jersey, we think the best form of treatment can only be individualized. Our philosophy of treating clients revolves around three core elements: a thorough assessment and diagnosis, tailored treatments, and treatment adjustments as the patient progresses.
The Benefits of Tailored Treatment Plans
The best way to approach treatment is to embrace the core philosophy that no two people are alike. Treatment should be administered in such a way to increase the chances of each patient’s success. To reach this goal, assessment and treatment have to be correct. Our approach allows us to identify and assess any factors that have influenced a client’s addiction. Once known, we can plan and execute a winning detox strategy for our client.
While we can successfully treat chemical addictions, cognitive behavioral therapy forms the core of our treatment programs. It is generally a short-term, focused type of therapy used for a wide range of psychological problems. Depression, anxiety, marital conflicts, panic, fears, eating disorders, and substance abuse can all stem from mental problems. If we can help change how a person thinks and solves problems, we can help them change their behavioral patterns. Changing how a person thinks and behaves today is the primary objective; rather than simply focusing on early childhood or prior experiences. Our program is action-oriented, and helps patients to gain confidence and independence.
We Continually Monitor Treatments for Patients
We continually monitor our patients to make sure therapy is working at every stage. All addictions and conditions are monitored accordingly. Adjustments, along the way, help our patients’ manage stress, social relationships, and their rehab. We recognize that it can be a challenge. It is nothing short of hard work, and the tools we use help reintroduce individuals back into society. Armed with new coping tools, they have the best opportunity to lead a full life. The road to recovery starts by getting help for yourself or for someone you love. It may seem like a challenge to take the first step, but we have helped many that are now in full recovery.
