It's never to late, Break the Addiction

New Jersey’s Interesting History Dates Back To Dinosaurs

sprout_nj_eatontownThe first, nearly complete dinosaur skeleton was found in New Jersey; the Hadrosaurus became Jersey’s state dinosaur and the first state dinosaur to be named out of eight states.

Another interesting fact about New Jersey is that the street names on the Monopoly game were inspired by Atlantic City. Atlantic City is home to the first boardwalk in the United States and a Las Vegas Strip-like casino life. Recently, authorities seized over 20,000 bags of heroin and over 41 people were charged in one of the biggest drug busts in Atlantic City.

Heroin is an extremely potent opioid drug. It is highly addictive and extremely dangerous. There are 9.2 million users, with over 900,000 in the United States alone. In just one year,  heroin caused over 50,000 overdose deaths. Those who suffer from heroin addiction experience a reduced sensation of pain, sedation, grogginess, confusion, nausea and vomiting, sleeping problems, bacterial infections, decreased dental health, brain damage, overdose and death. Like all substance addiction, heroin can detrimentally affect every aspect of life. It is extremely important to seek help when you or someone you know is suffering.

Sprout Health New Jersey offers support and guidance from the very beginning. When you call our facility, our friendly staff will answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will discuss treatment options, what to expect during treatment and how our programs can significantly improve your life. We will also provide you with a free insurance evaluation in order to determine how much of your treatment will be covered.

Our programs are evidence-based and effective. We teach our patients how to change their behaviors and live a life of sobriety. We also help our patients safely remove every toxic substance with a detoxification process. Through this process, we will closely monitor each patient to assess their needs and adjust their programs according to their progress. We understand that each patient is different and needs their own time to heal and make progress, which is why we craft our programs around their individual needs. We provide only the best service and quality care to each of our patients and their families. We want everyone to feel safe, comfortable and like they are in good hands.
